Jennifer Hodge, CAS | Clinical Director & Co-Owner

Jennifer is the Clinical Director and Co-Owner of Counseling Center of the Rockies. A Certified Addictions Specialist (CAS), she began her specialized training in 2000. Jennifer brings a unique and powerful perspective to the telehealth transition, having celebrated 23 years of personal recovery herself. Her lived experience, combined with decades of clinical expertise, allows her to lead a remote program rooted in hope, authenticity, and the firm belief that distance is no barrier to life-changing support.

Jamie Hodge | Administrative Director & Co-Owner

As Co-Owner and Administrative Director, Jamie has been the operational backbone of the agency since 2006. She is the architect of our transition to a fully remote facility, ensuring that our digital "front door" is as welcoming and efficient as our physical offices were. Jamie is dedicated to streamlining the telehealth experience, making it easier for every client to access the tools they need for lasting, positive growth.

Clinical Staff

Stephanie Rudell-Scrimo, LAC, NCC

Stephanie is a Licensed Addictions Counselor and a National Certified Counselor with over 20 years of experience in the field. She holds a BA in Psychology from CU Denver and a Master’s in Counseling from Regis University. Stephanie specializes in helping remote clients unlock their inner power to overcome emotional obstacles. She is a proud advocate for the flexibility of telehealth, providing a steady hand of support for clients across Colorado.

Dawn Marsh, LPC, CAS

Dawn is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Addictions Specialist with a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology. With years of experience in addiction treatment and a deep understanding of the intersection between psychology and the law, Dawn provides expert clinical oversight for our remote Medicaid programs. Her transition to telehealth ensures that high-level, forensic-informed care is accessible to clients regardless of their location.

Craig Fiorini, CAS, LAc

Craig is a Certified Addictions Specialist with a diverse academic background, holding a BA in Philosophy and a Master of Science in Oriental Medicine. As a Licensed Acupuncturist (LAc), Craig brings a holistic perspective to our remote counseling groups. He integrates traditional wisdom with modern recovery techniques, helping clients find balance and focus within the virtual group environment. (Supervised by Dawn Marsh, LPC, CAS for Medicaid).

John Shannon, CAS

John has been a cornerstone of the CCR clinical team since 2017. As a Certified Addiction Specialist with over a decade of experience in the field, John facilitates evidence-based therapeutic groups via our secure Zoom platform. He is dedicated to creating a strong sense of community and recovery-focused connection for every client joining our remote sessions. (Supervised by Dawn Marsh, LPC, CAS for Medicaid).

Pearly Lili'i, CAS

Pearly is a Certified Addictions Specialist with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. Having worked with justice-involved individuals since 2012, she is an expert at helping clients navigate their court-ordered requirements through our remote model. Pearly’s approach is rooted in respect and compassion, helping clients build empowered lives that align with their true values. (Supervised by Dawn Marsh, LPC, CAS for Medicaid).

Artina R. Ruibal, BD, DNM, DSM, M.Div., CAS

Dr. Artina Ruibal is a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Bioenergetic Doctor, and Doctor of Natural & Sacred Medicine. Since 2010, she has worked across all levels of recovery—from detox to relapse prevention. As a Certified Addiction Specialist, Dr. Ruibal brings a compassionate, advocacy-driven approach to our remote groups, focusing on long-lasting wellness and community collaboration. (Supervised by Dawn Marsh, LPC, CAS for Medicaid).

All Counseling Center of the Rockies clinicians are state-certified and experienced in delivering HIPAA-compliant telehealth services across the state of Colorado.
